We Understand Time Is Money
We at CNC Service Company understand that downtime is critical to your business's ability serve your customers and employees. To that end, we do not require domestic customers to send their core prior to shipping the exchange unit. CNC Service Company also does not charge for cores in advance as a courtesy to our customers, however we do require the core to be returned ASAP in order to maintain our inventory.
We make returning your core as easy as possible. Once you receive the exchange unit, you simply remove it from the box, and use the same box / packaging materials for your core return. The Return Shipping Label AND Core RMA are both included inside the box. You, as the customer, need only tape the box closed and affix the included shipping label. We ask that the core is in the hands of UPS within 24 hours of receipt.
Cores must be returned within 7 days of receipt of product and be deemed complete and repairable by CNC Service Company, Core Return Tag should accompany all returns. Cores that are not returned, or returned missing parts, or returned with severely damaged circuit boards, will be subject to a core charge of up to $4000.00.
